Customer Service Team Leader

Location: Office based, Market Harborough, Leicestershire

Salary: £28,704.00 + Benefits

Hours:37.5 hours a week, Monday to Friday between 8am and 6pm

We are seeking an experienced Team Leader to support and mentor Customer Service Advisors within our escalations team. Your role will be crucial in ensuring the team consistently delivers exceptional service and in identifying trends and root causes of issues.
